For years, Learning and Development (L&D) Division of PermataBank constantly improve learning concept and system for the employees. The project was PRIME(PRofessional leader In Making communication Effectively), a leadership training for managers. PermataBank, as a progressive institution, wished to take the training to another level of learning experience.
The L&D team sparked an idea that a lively training using tablets in which a software application installed, should be the answer. Pinteraktif then refined the idea by actively planned plot content, created software application ‘PRIME’ itself, designed the gameplay, produced supporting videos, and provided gadgets and tools.
Our collaboration brought an innovative way to deliver the content. In two-days robotic-theme training, participants experienced a digital workbook, get assessed and engaged both in individual and multiplayer games in each tablets.
